Best Editing Workflow of Samsung NX1/NX500 4K H.265 Video with Sony Vegas Pro 12/13

Now more and more professional video editing application has added input support for 4K resolution video so does the latest version of Sony Vegas Pro 12/13. Tips: Although Sony Vegas Pro supports to automatically create lower resolution proxy files when working with 4K video, however, you may fail to make proxy files from 4K H.265 video due to the codec incompatible issues.

How to Compress and Transcode NX1/NX500 4K H.265 to Sony Vegas Pro 12/13?

Step 1. Import NX1/NX500 footage to the computer.

Run the program on your computer, click "File" > "Add from Video/Audio" or "Add from Folder"to import NX1/NX500 H.265 video into the program.
