The download link is corrupt/invalid. How do I get this running?
Please make sure that you have used the correct download link. Alternatively, please contact us with your order number, the link you use, the steps and screenshot about the problem.

There is no download link in the email about my order. I can't install the full version.
Please find the statement in the email saying "Get registration info here:" and click on the link beside, then you will face a page with download link and registration code.

When I try to install the full version, I get an error stating "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."
This might be caused by incomplete download of the full version or we are uploading the update version of the program. Please try to download again, or use another browser to download the full version.

I encountered an error message " DeleteFile failed: Code 5. Access is denied." when trying to install the software. What's up?
You might try to install the program again, while certain file related to the program is not closed. Please make sure that you have closed the help document, the program, etc. before installing the program again. If you still get the same error message, please restart your computer to try again.
