Enable Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to Play Flash Videos

Step 2: Download and install Adobe Flash Player
Since Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of Flash player, flash is not available in the Google Play Store, you need find and install it by yourself. From the web browser on your Galaxy Tab 3, search for the latest Adobe Flash Player install package and click on this link to download the newest version of the Adobe Flash Player APK file (11.1.115.81).

Use your file browser to navigate to the downloaded install package, select and run the installation.

After a successful installation, you would notice a Flash Player Settings in your app drawer.

Step 3: Watch flash videos with the help of Adobe Flash Player
