Can I use Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter on Mac?
No. Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter does not work on Mac yet. It works on Windows 2000, XP, and Vista, etc.

An AVW object error pops up when I click to start the conversion. What's up?
Please note that the error message may be concerned with the output file. Please open the output folder to see if it is writable. If not, change the folder properties or use another folder for the output. Please also make sure that there is enough available disk space on the output hard disk.

Does Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter include all codec?
Yes. Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter has been bundled with all the necessary codec for conversion, and you do not need to install other codec for conversion with Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter any more.

I was informed that the DVD or the IFO file cannot be imported. What' wrong?

Please check the following points:
1. The source DVD can play on DVD player (either hardware or software).
2. The IFO file is placed together with the VOB file, and there are files like VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1.IFO, VTS_01_0.VOB, and VTS_01.0.DUP in the VIDEO_TS folder.

What kinds of settings can I change for the output file to my Apple TV?
With Pavtube DVD to Apple TV Converter, you can change the video effect, video time length, image region, video bit rate, video size, frame rate, audio bit rate and so on. Select a file and click the "Customize" button to change video effect, video time length, and image region. Click the "Settings" button to specify the parameter settings. Apple TV supports the following video formats, and you can change accordingly.
H.264 and protected H.264 (from iTunes Store): Up to 5 Mbps, Progressive Main Profile (CAVLC) with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps (maximum resolution: 1280 by 720 pixels at 24 fps, 960 by 540 pixels at 30 fps) in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
iTunes Store purchased video: 320 by 240 pixels, 640 by 480 pixels, 720 by 480 pixels (anamorphic), or high-definition 720p;
MPEG-4: Up to 3 Mbps, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps (maximum resolution: 720 by 432 pixels at 30 fps) in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
For the audio file on Apple TV, The following formats are supported: AAC (16 to 320 Kbps); protected AAC (from iTunes Store); MP3 (16 to 320 Kbps); MP3 VBR; Apple Lossless; AIFF; WAV; Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound pass-through.
