What kinds of settings can I change, if I want to set the output file to play on my iPod?
The output files with the related profile on the converter will work on your iPod. However, if you want to further specify the parameter settings, you can change the video effect, duration, content and other settings for the output file with Pavtube DVD to iPod Converter. Click the "Customize" button to change duration and content. You can also change the video codec, video bit rate, video size, frame rate, audio bit rate, etc. after clicking the "Settings" button.
Please refer to the audio and video specifications of the iPod models.

I get the error message about AVW object when I start the conversion. How to get it fixed?
Please note that the problem might be caused by the output folder. Check the available hard disk space, to which the output folder locates.

I was informed that the DVD or the IFO file cannot be imported. What's wrong?
It happens when the converter cannot read the file you select. Please make sure that the source DVD can play on DVD player (either hardware or software). Please confirm that the IFO file is placed together with the VOB file, and there are files like VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1.IFO, VTS_01_0.VOB, and VTS_01.0.DUP in the VIDEO_TS folder. If the DVD matches the above conditions, please contact us about the issue in detail.

Is it possible to maintain two kinds of subtitles on the output file?
No. Currently, you can choose one subtitle and one audio track for the output file with Pavtube DVD to iPod Converter.
