Is there a Mac version of Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter?
No. The current version of Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter does not support Mac OS. It works on Windows 2000, XP, and Vista, etc.

I get an AVW object error when I start the conversion. What's wrong?
This error message might pop up if the output folder cannot be written any more. Please check the available disk space and make sure that the output folder is writable.

Is extra codec needed for using Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter?
No. Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter includes all the necessary codec for conversion, and you just need to import the DVD and click to start conversion.

Does the output file work on iPod?
Yes. There are profiles for iPod and Apple TV on Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter. Please choose the related profile with iPod, and the output file shall work on iPod.

I was informed that the DVD or the IFO file cannot be imported. What' wrong?
Please check the following points:
1. The source DVD can play on DVD player (either hardware or software).
2. The IFO file is placed together with the VOB file, and there are files like VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1.IFO, VTS_01_0.VOB, and VTS_01.0.DUP in the VIDEO_TS folder.
If the above conditions are verified with your DVD, please contact us about the issue in detail.

Can I get two kinds of subtitles on the output file?
No. Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter only performs to include one subtitle and on audio track for one output file. If you want to get different subtitle, you shall choose to generate another output file.

I want to change the video settings, which settings can I change to play on my iPhone?
You can change the video effect, duration, image region, video bit rate, video size, frame rate, audio bit rate and so on with Pavtube DVD to iPhone Converter. Select a file and click the "Customize" button to change video effect, duration, and image region. Click the "Settings" button to specify the parameter settings. iPhone supports the following video formats, and you can change according to the parameters below.
H.264 video, up to 1.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Low-Complexity version of the H.264 Baseline Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
H.264 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Baseline Profile up to Level 3.0 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats;
MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats.
iPhone supports audio files such as AAC, Protected AAC, MP3, MP3 VBR, Audible (formats 1, 2, and 3), Apple Lossless, AIFF, and WAV.
