Click “Options” icon to enter "Options" panel. This section has six configuration options, including “General”, “Snapshot”, “TiVo”, “Decoder”, “Convert” and “Library”.
Note: If you are using MTS/M2TS Converter, MXF Converter, MKV Converter, MOD Converter, TOD Converter or FLV/F4V Converter, there is no "TiVo" option in your program, because these programs do not support TiVo conversion.
Under the “General” tab you can set preference for file existing action and software update settings.
If output file exists you can choose to "Rename", "Overwrite" and "Skip".
Rename: Rename the present output file automatically to avoid overwriting existing file. The generated file name is formed with the existing name and number.
Overwrite: Overwrite the existing file.
Skip: Skip the conversion if there is an identical file name in the output folder.
For updating the software, you can set “Auto Update”, “Manual Update” and “Update every * days”. You are suggested to set “Auto update”, so that the software will update itself whenever there is a new version released. The update is free of charge.
Under the “Snapshot” tab you can set destination folder and format for snapshots.
Click “Browse” to specify output location, and click the down-arrow to select format for your snapshots.
Save the snapshots to your indicated storage path.
Choose a format from *.jpg, *.bmp, *.png, *.tiff for the snapshot to save as.
The TiVo tab will pop up when loading a TiVo file for the first time. Note you have to paste your Media Access Key into the blank field and click “OK” before importing the TiVo shows to the converter.
Note: The TiVo feature is only available for Video Converter and HD Video Converter users.
Decoder: You can choose system built-in decoder or CUDA decoder (if your graphics card is CUDA enabled).
CPU: You can choose to use how many cores to do conversion.
Process: Here you can set the maximum simultaneous running process.
Under "Library" tab, you can choose to use either "Classic" library or "Surpassed" library to do conversion. By default, the program is using "Classic", if you have conversion problems by using "Classic", you can switch to "Surpassed".
