I tried your DVD Copy software, and I got the message "The limitation of the trial version is to copy 5 times only".
Please note it is the limit of the trial version. The free trial version only works within a month, even if you have not copied DVD with the software for 5 times. If you use Pavtube DVD Copy to make DVD backup 5 times, and the trial version will be expired. Please purchase the product at http://www.pavtube.com/dvd_copy/purchase/, if you like using the software.

I got the message saying "The FAT32 file system can't support individual files larger than 4GB", when trying to copy.
There is no such message on the NTFS file system. If you want to get the ISO file, please choose the "Main Movie" mode to copy DVD. You may choose to save the entire DVD as DVD folder on the hard drive, or choose the DVD writer as the Target.

When using your DVD Copy, can I insert a DVD-RW with data on it for the target? There is enough space for the movie I want.
No. Please use a blank DVD disc, even if it is DVD-RW or DVD+RW. Pavtube DVD Copy supports the blank DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, and DVD+RW to make it DVD-Video. If the data on the DVD-RW is not useful at all, you can erase the disc with Pavtube DVD Copy, and then use it as the target disc.

Does Pavtube DVD Copy support DVD-5 and DVD-9 movie backup?
Yes. Pavtube DVD Copy supports both DVD-5(SS-SL or Single Side Single Layer, 4.7 GB) and DVD-9(SS-DL or Single Side Double Layer, 9.4 GB).

Does Pavtube DVD Copy support data DVD or game DVD?
No. The current version of Pavtube DVD Copy does not support the backup of data DVD or game DVD. Only the DVD-Video is supported.

Does it support external DVD burner?
Yes. Pavtube DVD Copy supports external DVD burners.

Does DVD Copy support Mac OS?
No. The software only supports Windows OS, such as Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.

There is only a DVD burner for my computer. Can I use your product to burn a DVD disc to another DVD disc?
Yes. Pavtube DVD Copy can help you burn DVD to DVD disc, even if you have one DVD burner. Just select the DVD-ROM as the source and the target.
Step1.Insert the DVD and choose DVD-ROM for the "Source" and the "Target" box. Click the button on the bottom right to start copying.
Step2. Eject the original DVD when you get a pop-up message about the blank disc. Insert a blank DVD disc, and click "OK" on the pop-up window.
The copied DVD disc will be ready then.

What kind of region code does Pavtube DVD Copy support?
Pavtube DVD Copy supports region 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 with PAL and NTSC, and keeps the region code of the original disc to the DVD backup.
