Can't convert Windows Media (*.wmv, *.avi, *.asf,
*.mpg) ?
Can't convert QuickTime Movie (*.mov, *.mp4, *.3gp, *.3g2) ? You need QuickTime Player.
Can't convert RM, RMVB and some other real-media ? You need real splitter.
Windows Video Conversion Issues:
1. Please be sure you have installed DirectX 8.1 or above version.
By type dxdiag in windows Start>Run edit box to see your DirectX info.
2. Be sure you have installed Windows Media Player 9 or above version.
3. Some avi files are encoded by DivX, you need DivX codec.
4. Some avi files are encoded by Xvid, you need Xvid codec.
5.If you don't know which codec is needed for your video, try follow ways:
Use Windows Media Player to play the video, if it can be played, that shows the codec for your video has been installed,
If it can't be played, Windows Media Player will automatically download a codec for your video from internet.
Once the video can be played by Windows Media Player, it also can be handled by our program.
